Arbikie Nàdar Vodka Review
Scotland's Arbikie distillery has garnered global acclaim for its environmentally friendly, climate-positive spirits, including this vodka made from green peas. Given the intensity and depth of earthy, green, savory aromas and flavors that carry through from the base ingredients, it's tempting to describe this spirit as more of a pea eau de vie than a vodka. This is a bottle reserved for spirits enthusiasts and should be enjoyed on the rocks rather than mixed with soda in a highball.
