Legendario Domingo Oaxaca Espadín
Review
This mezcal provides ample proof that Espadín is so much more than a “workhorse” agave variety, and that mezcal is so much more than just “smoky tequila.” Spicy pineapple aromas kick off the nose and set up a vegetal-forward, earthy, and fruity palate. One of the best aspects of this bottle: the price. You can use it to make delicious cocktails, but it comfortably holds its own when sipped neat.
