The result of a partnership between California winemaker Paul Hobbs and Alvaredos native Antonio López Fernández, who came together to make amazing wine in Ribera Sacra from the local Mencia grape. Savory fruit on the nose with some pepper and plum and a dose of cured meat welcomes the senses. The palate is so damn balanced with deep fruit framed perfectly by soft, integrated tannins.
