Bouvery CV is a genuine small batch craft chocolate cream liqueur, blending real cacao with premium Connecticut corn vodka and dairy. Produced in limited batches in the USA at Westford Distillers, a family-run craft distillery, each batch produces approximately 2,500 bottles. From a U.K. family moonshine recipe born in 1999, we wanted to create something unique in the liqueur industry: a truly small-batch, craft chocolate liqueur that would appeal to chocolate lovers. Versatile enough to be used behind the best bars and restaurant kitchens, Bouvery CV complements wonderful desserts or the most decadent of cocktails.
